The finder had noticed flies were buzzing round her but having checked there were no fly eggs on her which was fortunate. She weighed 285gms on admission, received treatment for internal nasties and had a good appetite.

Looks like one of this year's youngsters weighing just 280gms but wasn't coping too well on her own. Following treatment for internal nasties she was released into a safe release garden providing support on 8th Oct weighing just over 500gms.

This little chap was admitted on 25th Sept after he had been seen for several days out during the daytime in a garden in Cleveleys. He was weak and wobbly on his legs from hypothermia and had flystrike. He is about 6 weeks old. Progressing well but will probably remain here over the coming months before release in Spring.
